Thermalle™ VACUSEAL-PLUS Silicone High Vacuum Grease

Thermalle™ VACUSEAL-PLUS Silicone High Vacuum Grease is a high-quality lubricant for use in pressure and vacuum units up to 10-6 millibars, to reduce leakage by filling gaps and lowering permeation rates. Its silicone base ensures resistance to oxidation and thermal degradation, and contains no additives that react negatively with system components.

VACUSEAL-PLUS lubricates and seals metals, plastics, and elastomers, including o-rings, gaskets, taps, and plug and control valves, and offers high lubricity for sliding and rolling bearings and gears in pumps and compressors under wide and high temperature conditions. It performs well as an anti-seize for glass components while protecting from water ingress, corrosion formation, and most chemical intrusions.
