Chemtools ZERO-SPAT® Protectashieldis a protective coating for welding nozzles, jigs and surrounding equipment.
ZERO-SPAT® Protectashield is a silicone free dry film protective coating which is specially formulated for all MIG and Laser/Plasma cutting.
Protectashield can be used as an anti-spatter for the welding tool, surrounding equipment and the product being welded. The robust formulation will last between 6-8 hours and is therefore ideal for use on automatic welding tools and surrounding equipment.
This extremely fast drying formula will improve and harden once welding starts, the end results is less down time and nonstop work for long periods.
